Nursing Research Fellowship

The Nursing Research Fellowship Program is designed to develop advanced research competencies and skills as they apply to nursing practice.

This is an opportunity for an RN to work both independently and with Nurse Scientists in the development of a research proposal. Time is provided for the fellow to complete: A developed Nursing Research Proposal, an IRB Application and an Investigator’s Brochure.  This service proposal will be a study that improves nursing practice at Kaiser Permanente.
